of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from
Lesley College.
She is certified as a Senior Professional Human
Resources (SPHR) through the national Society for
Human Resources Management HR Certification Institute
(HRCI). Currently an active member, in 2006 and
2007 Lesley served on the Board of Directors for
the Valley of the Sun Human Resources Association
(VSHRA) in Phoenix, Arizona, a local HR organization
affiliated with SHRM. In 2004 and 2005 she served
as the VSHRA Membership Chair for their Central
Valley Chapter.
HRCI is the credentialing body for human resource
professionals and is affiliated with the Society
for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the world's
largest organization dedicated exclusively to the
human resource profession. The Institute's purpose
is to promote the establishment of professional
standards and to recognize professionals who meet
those standards.
